CQM2E-250 Electronic Residual Current Operated Circuit Breaker
The CQM2E-250 series electronic residual current circuit breaker is a highly intelligent and multifunctional device designed by CHAC Electric. It provides comprehensive protection and monitoring capabilities for electrical systems with a rated voltage of up to 230V/400V and a rated current of 250A.
Main functions and features
1.With local protection function: using RS485 for local maintenance;
2.It has the function of measuring the forward and reverse active electric energy, and the function of measuring the split-phase active electric energy;
3.Freezing function: instantaneous freezing, minute freezing, hourly freezing, daily freezing and monthly freezing;
4.It has the function of harmonic measurement: it has the function of measuring the harmonic amplitude and its proportion; it has the function of counting the odd and even harmonic content rates;
5.It has the function of storing data items such as voltage, current, events, etc.;
6.It has the function of recording the events of phase loss, voltage (current) reverse phase sequence, power flow reversal and demand exceeding limit;
7.The switch supports power-off, opening and closing, overcurrent, overvoltage, current imbalance, undervoltage, voltage imbalance, phase failure, and clearing event recording functions. A single event record includes: the time of event occurrence, cause of occurrence, phase difference, and electrical parameters at the time of occurrence;
8.Time synchronization function: supports local and broadcast time synchronization, receives and executes the time synchronization command issued by the master station system;
9.With three remote functions: supporting remote signaling, remote measurement and remote control functions;
10.With monitoring function: detect the opening and closing status information;
11.It has the function of sending and identifying topology signals;
12.Power outage reporting function: supports carrier communication function for more than 30 seconds after power outage;
13.With remote upgrade function: support remote compression/non-compression upgrade, local non-compression upgrade function;
14.With extended functions: assisting the intelligent fusion terminal in the substation area to realize automatic generation of substation area topology and statistics of line loss in substation layers or sections;
15.Support broadband carrier communication;
Usage Environment
1.The installation site should be free of conductive dust, corrosive gas, flammable and explosive gas, rain or snow;
2.Altitude: not higher than 2000m;
3.Ambient temperature: -5°C-+40°C, daily average maximum temperature: ≤+35°C;
4.Relative humidity: ≤50% (when the ambient temperature is +40°C);
5.The magnetic field strength of the external magnetic field at the installation site in any direction shall not exceed 5 times the earth’s magnetic field;
6.The installation location should have good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions;
7.When HPLC (broadband carrier) communication is required, make sure all communication equipment works under one transformer.
